Global pharmaceuticals firm replace Remedy with Medic Help Desk

A world reknowned, global pharmaceuticals firm have chosen to replace their existing Remedy system with Q:chi's Medic+ Help Desk solution.

Medic+ is being implemented as an extended IT and Workplace Support system as part of the firm's migration to Notes Domino 6.5.

End-users will access "MedicPortal" using web browser clients to log and track their incidents and requests as part of the extended coporate intranet.
