Q:chi Xclaim is a standalone, turnkey solution which streamlines the entire employee expense claim process. From claim creation and item entry, through multiple levels of approval all the way to claim sign-off and payment.

With Q:chi Xclaim you get the following:
  • Expense claim sheet where you can associate cost centres and project codes with specific claim items
  • Your users can create their own quickEntry items. These are claim items which represent repeat expenses so your users only have to create the item once then on any future claims, the same item can be imported in a single click
  • Reviewers have the ability to reject individual line items along with a reason why they are rejecting that item. They can then approve or reject the rest of the claim as necessary.
  • Xclaim incorporates the standard Q:chi approval workflow module for the review of Expense Claims. This module allows your administrators to set up your users with approval configurations which route the claim based on any or all of the following: value, cost centre, department, user name. The reviewers can be notified in a linear manner or in a simultaneous manner. You choose
  • Intelligent mileage rate calculation based on each individual user
  • Justification for the claim
  • Claim history which is automatically updated when any important actions are taken on the claim i.e. claim creation, approval requisition, item rejection etc
