Q:chi Managed Services can combine cover for the following technologies: Google Apps; Lotus Notes / Domino (including Sametime, Quickr, Connections, etc.); Windows Server; Active Directory; most network Firewalls (including Cisco); VPN access and Wide Area Networks.

Our Managed Service customers benefit from predictable I.T. support costs and services and from having a single telephone number to call when there's a question or a problem, safe in the knowledge that we will deal with it, whatever it is.

Our menu of Managed Service options allow our customers to design an overall package which exactly suits their needs. In return for their commitment to us, they benefit from lower rates, a highly responsive, guaranteed service level agreement (SLA) and the option to escalate Support Incidents to on-site visits at short notice.

Managed Service Plans are individual to each customer. Before designing a plan, Q:chi would undertake a site-visit to audit your existing infrastructure and to discuss any existing problems. This would be concluded with a Site Audit Report highlighting issues and making recommendations for resolution and improvement.

To help potential customers make up their mind about the value of a Managed Service Plan, we are also offering renewable terms of 3 month and 6 months, as well as our standard 1, 2 and 3 year options.
