The Q:chi tokenPAK provides a convenient and flexible way of acquiring ad-hoc technical support in the form of pre-paid tokens. It's ideal for organisations that: have their own I.T. staff and just need access to expert help from time to time; or don't need a high-level SLA; or don't know how much support they might need and when.

  • A token represents 15 minutes (0.25 Hour) of support
  • Tokens are purchased in advance in "PAKs"
  • Tokens can be used for all types of remote Support
  • Tokens equate to a 12% discount from our standard hourly rates

An authorised Purchase Order is sufficient for immediate activation of a Q:chi tokenPAK.
