What do Q:chi Support?

We are able to offer UK-based support for: Google Apps; Lotus Notes / Domino (including: Sametime, Connections, Quickr and Websphere Portal); Windows Server (2003, 2008 / R2; Active Directory); Hyper-V; Microsoft Exchange and Asterix VoIP Systems.

Q:chi's Support Help Desk provides both Support to organisations based in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa; North and South America and Asia/Pacific.

How does Q:chi Support work?

Some of our customers simply require 3rd-level escalation support for their existing I.T. team via telephone, remote access or on-site visit. For this we offer our Q:chi Support tokenPAKs.

Other customers prefer a Managed Service Plan where a defined set of support services are outsourced to Q:chi who then manage them both proactively and reactively, with a high-quality service level agreement (SLA) and the option to escalate Support Incidents to an on-site visit at short notice. In addition to standard features, Q:chi also offer a menu of options to meet a wide range of requirements.

In either circumstance, for new customers, Q:chi recommend an initial site-visit to audit your existing infrastructure and to discuss any existing problems. This would be concluded with a Site Audit Report which would highlight any issues and make appropriate recommendations. For customers who proceed to establish an annual support contract the cost of this visit and report would be credited back.
